Garrett Carr (Owner, Renovate Equity LLC), his wife, and two sons live in Santa Rosa County, FL. Garrett Carr is a 10-year Air Force veteran, while his wife is a Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. Their passion for family, people, and goal-oriented work is what fuels them.

Garrett's experience started in construction when he was in high school, where he worked in the residential sector. He purchased his first home at 20 years old and has owned many since then, all of which he renovated. He then served in the Air Force for ten years before separating to pursue his passion for real estate. Garrett now runs a real estate team (Sails Group, Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast) and Renovate Equity LLC where he consistently helps owners update their properties, completes pre-sale updates for sellers, and invests in "fixer-uppers" to be renovated and sold or rented.

Garrett is very in touch with what homeowners, buyers, and sellers want to see in a home and has the ability to deliver on your design concept at an affordable price. It is his view that cosmetic upgrades can make a home new again. It is also a tried and true concept that an updated home can sell faster and for more profit than one that has not been updated.
